MOISTURE SALONS POLICIES:
*Please Make sure you read this new Policy just added*
Cancellation Policy: All appointments must be cancelled 2 days prior to scheduled appointments. Please Do not cancel Via Facebook Messenger or by phone beyond salon hours and or days we are not open. There will be a fee of the entire service missed for ALL Cancellations. Please do not contact us Via Facebook or phone on the days salon is closed.
Deposits Policy: All NEW clients must now place a 50% deposit on all services. This deposit will be used as partial payment for the service beforehand. At the day of the service you will be charged the remaining balance and any extra items you purchase from us.
Also: The same cancellation policy is upheld as listed above. If you decide to book then cancel we are unable to refund you the money, you will need to reschedule for a different day in order to us the deposit used.
With our Online System, you are required to establish an account and have a credit card on file. This is a requirement for all clients. Our stylists book in advance, therefore, we must adhere to our cancellation policy. The benefit of our system is so our clients can reserve products, and pay in advance for your upcoming appts, manage your appointments without having to call the salon. We understand work schedules can change, unfortunately, with the amount of clients our stylists work with, we cannot continue to make exceptions. Thank you for your understanding.

Please go to your online account to reschedule or Cancel(outside of the 48 hours) Any Cancellations within the 48hours can not be done online.
Please keep in mind our salon hours prior to contacting us regarding any changes to your appointments.
If after hours please do not call salon but send an email to email@example.com.
Arriving Late will only cut into the service time you have with our stylists based on the time your appointment is scheduled for. We want to give each client the time need so please arrive early. In addition, our area can be challenging to find a parking spot, so please take this into consideration.
NO SHOWS: Clients who "No Show"will be required to pay service fee in full for missed appointment.
If you arrive at the day of your service and your hair is either pulled back, up in a pony or a braid you may be charged the full service cost depending if we can actually work with your curls in the state they are in when you arrive. s
Hair Preparation Fee: ALL clients must come with their hair in workable condition.
Tangled, knotted hair required more time and attention.
WET OR DAMP hair also requires more time and attention that time away from your service time. Please make sure your hair is dry when coming to your appointment.
There will be an additional $10.00 Service Fee for an pre-drying and detangling services required.
YOU COULD BE CHARGED IF YOU SHOW UP WITH YOUR HAIR NOT IN THE MANNER FOR US TO CUT IT.
