MOISTURE SALONS POLICIES:

Cancellation Policy:  All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment. Please Do not try to cancel Via Facebook Messenger or by phone passed salon hours and or days we are not open.  A fee of the entire service missed for ALL Cancellations even if try to contact us Via Facebook or phone on the days salon is closed. 

With the New Online System you are required to set one up with including your credit card on file. This is a requirement for all clients. Sorry I had to do this. I was having to many clients that would not show up or last minute cancellations. The benefit of the new system is that you can reserve products, and pay in advance for your upcoming appts., manage your appointments. 

*** Only in Emergency circumstances (work schedules doesn't constitute as an Emergency)will this fee be waived and at the discretion of the Owner of Moisture Salon. ***

Please go to your online account to reschedule or Cancel(outside of the 48 hours) Any Cancellations within the 48hours can not be done online.

Please keep in mind our salon hours prior to contacting us regarding any changes to your appointments. 

If after Hours please do not call salon but leave an email at moisturesalon158@gmail.com. 

Arriving Late will only cut into the service time you have with our stylists based on the time your appointment is scheduled for. 

NO SHOWS:  Clients who "No Show"will be required to pay service fee in full for missed appointment. 

If you arrive at the day of your service and your hair is either pulled back, up in a pony or a braid you may be charged the full service cost depending if we can actually work with your curls in the state they are in when you arrive. FYI

Hair Preparation Fee: ALL clients must come with their hair in workable condition.

  • Tangled, knotted hair required more time and attention.
  • Excessively  WET OR DAMP hair also requires more time and attention that time away from your service time.

There will be an additional $10.00 Service Fee for an pre-drying and detangling services required.  

YOU COULD AND WILL BE CHARGED IF YOU SHOW UP WITH YOUR HAIR NOT IN THE MANNER FOR US TO CUT IT.
