MOISTURE SALONS POLICIES:

**NEW** Deposits required for all new appts reserved: Effective immediately all deposits are required to reserve an appointment with us at Moisture Salon. 50% of the Service cost will need to be received by us in order to reserve the spot. You will be required to call the salon and pay by Credit Card and if you do not comply we will cancel the appointment. 

 This payment will be applied to set appointment. If you need to cancel and do it within our policy guidelines you will be refunded the amount minus the credit card fees. If you change the appt to a different date it will go over to that said appt. If you do not show, miss, or cancel without booking a different date  your deposit will be forfeited/non refundable.

Cancellation Policy:  All appointments must be cancelled 24 hours before scheduled appointment. A fee of the entire service missed for ALL Cancellations after the 24 hour period.

*** Only in Emergency circumstances will this fee be waived and at the discretion of the Owner of Moisture Salon. ***

Arriving Late will only cut into the service time you have with our stylists based on the time your appointment is scheduled for. 

NO SHOWS:  Clients who "No Show"will be required to pay service fee in full for missed appointment. In Addition, a 50% non- refundable/ non-tranferable deposit is required to reschedule. 

***** A Service Deposit may be required upon rescheduling. 

Hair Preparation Fee: ALL clients must come with their hair in workable condition.

  • Tangled, knotted hair required more time and attention.
  • Excessively  WET OR DAMP hair also requires more time and attention that time away from your service time.

There will be an additional $10.00 Service Fee for an pre-drying and detangling services required.
