MOISTURE SALONS POLICIES:

 

*Please Make sure you read this new Policy just added*

Cancellation Policy:  All appointments must be cancelled 48 hours before scheduled appointment. A fee of the entire service missed for ALL Cancellations after the 48 hour period.

*** Only in Emergency circumstances (work schedules doesn't constitute as an Emergency)will this fee be waived and at the discretion of the Owner of Moisture Salon. ***

Please Contact the Salon Directly to reschedule or Cancel. If after Hours please do not call salon but leave an email at moisture salon@gmail.com

Arriving Late will only cut into the service time you have with our stylists based on the time your appointment is scheduled for. 

NO SHOWS:  Clients who "No Show"will be required to pay service fee in full for missed appointment. In Addition, a 50% non- refundable/ non-tranferable deposit is required to reschedule. 

***** A Service Deposit may be required upon rescheduling. 

Hair Preparation Fee: ALL clients must come with their hair in workable condition.

  • Tangled, knotted hair required more time and attention.
  • Excessively  WET OR DAMP hair also requires more time and attention that time away from your service time.

There will be an additional $10.00 Service Fee for an pre-drying and detangling services required.  

And if you need to come to your appt and have to bring your children please be considerate and contact us first before you bring your child. We provide a relaxing environment for our clients to be in. What we don't want for our clients is a child running around. So please refrain from bringing your children if they won't behave.
